This is a great sugar alternative. I was looking for a healthy yet delicious sweet touch for my morning coffee. I used to like my coffee not sweet but lately, I started adding flavors. I wanted to have the flavor but not add the extra calories and this product is great. The first time I tried it I felt an interesting flavor added to its sweetness. To me, the fruit and naturally added ingredients give this product a wonderful coffee/caramel taste which had me pleasantly surprised. I add just a tiny touch (which is all it takes) to reach that wonderful, not overwhelming sweetness that I was looking for. Great quantity also considering the small amount necessary for each drink.
I have used this in coffee, tea, and cooking. I like that you measure as you would regular sugar. The great thing is there is no bitter aftertaste and I tried it straight out on my finger. This seems to be a much better alternative to stevia and the price is reasonable for the quality. I have used this in some cakes and other cooking, measuring as I would regular sugar and can not tell any taste difference from if using standard sugar. Will continue to use this brand.
