Use Flow to Help You Better Focus, Sleep, or Relax With Music

The app is all about providing music for a specific task.

To start, you’re greeted with a beautiful music player and a tune already playing. To help set the mood, some of the images on the player are animated. For example, you can see steam coming off a coffee cup when listening to relaxing jazz.

There are already a wide variety of curated stations to listen to. But you can truly find what you’re looking for in the app. Head to the Collections tab to see a number of curated categories like Inspiration, Work, and Sleep. Any station you favorite will also be available through this section.

For even more customization, you can create your own collection and give it a unique name, color, and icon.

To help find the perfect music, you can also search for exactly what you’re looking for and then add it into any collection.

If you want to listen to the music on a speaker, like a HomePod, there is even a dedicated button to AirPlay.

Anther great feature is the ability to create a focus timer or stopwatch. You can select an activity, and them start music so you can accomplish your task. To help you know when time is up, you can choose for the music to automatically turn off.

Only for the iPhone, Flow is a free download on the App Store now. There is an optional subscription available for $2.99 monthly, $12.99 per year, or $19.99 for the lifetime of the app.

That will unlock background play so you can listen to music while using other apps or on a lock screen and a focus timer for tasks and more.

The monthly and yearly plan have a free trial of three days and one week, respectively.
