BP woman injured in Tuesday crash that involved alcohol

A Blooming Prairie woman was injured Tuesday afternoon after a one-vehicle crash on Highway 218.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Jayna Mae Aldrich, 43, was traveling northbound on Highway 218 when control of the vehicle was lost and it went into the ditch a little before 3 p.m.
The report also states that alcohol was involved in the crash.
Aldrich was transported to Mayo Clinic Health System-Austin for non-life threatening injuries.
The Steele County Sheriff’s Office, Mower County Sheriff’s Office, Blooming Prairie Ambulance, Fire and Police departments assisted.
