According to the Complaint, the Company made false and misleading statements to the market. Invivyd’s studies and analyses that it claimed to demonstrate ADG20’s effectiveness against the Omicron variant were unreliable and ineffective. The Company’s claims about the effectiveness of ADG20 were not supported by facts. In fact, ADG20 was 300 times less effective against Omicron as against prior variants of COVID-19.
